In which industries do you operate?

We advise startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and public institutions in a wide range of industries. What is the typical process from inquiry to implementation?

We start with a non-binding initial consultation to understand your needs and requirements. Based on this initial consultation, we create a customized project proposal for you. Once you have approved and commissioned the proposal, we start planning the project. We organize a kick-off meeting where you get to know the project team and discuss the next steps. During the project implementation, we hold regular meetings to ensure that everything is going according to plan and that your expectations are being met. After successful completion of the project, we conduct a feedback meeting to evaluate the results and discuss possible improvements for future projects.

Do you operate internationally?

Yes. We already advise clients in Europe, including Switzerland, Greece, and Poland.

Pricing and payment:

How are you compensated?

Our services are provided in return for financial remuneration. As a rule, remuneration is based on an agreed project sum, which is determined in advance in the form of a quote. Remuneration on an hourly basis is also possible. When choosing the remuneration, we focus entirely on the requirements and needs of the customer and the project content.

Is there an advance payment or deposit?

Yes. Normally, the deposit amounts to 30% of the consulting costs incurred. These are to be transferred after conclusion of the contract.

Are your services eligible for government funding?

Yes. Our consulting services can be subsidized by up to 80% through funding programs. We would be happy to advise you in the area of public funding and funding programs.
