Webinar and entrepreneur breakfast

After a great webinar on August 29 on the topic of company valuation, I was very pleased to be able to attend the Cottbus Chamber of Commerce and Industry's entrepreneur breakfast in Wildau on the ever-present topic of succession.

It was an exciting exchange with over 50 entrepreneurs who want to sell or take over a company.

In addition to hard facts, such as the value of the company, emotional influences also play a decisive role in the process. Many thanks to Christian Schuchardt for his insightful presentation on emotional intelligence and its influence on the succession process.
